Jana Broadie Promoted at 'Atlanta Journal-Constitution'

By: E&P Staff Jana Broadie has been promoted to director, training and organization development for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, effective immediately.

In her new position at the head of the Journal-Constitution?s training team, Broadie will report directly to Human Resources Director Dana Bradley. The training organization will also become part of the Human Resources Department.

Broadie will be responsible for training programs? design and delivery and for leading initiatives to boost organizational effectiveness.

Since joining the Journal-Constitution a year ago as the human resources manager for the Circulation Department, Broadie has supported the introduction of performance management and assisted with change initiatives. Bradley said in a release today that Broadie has already proven herself adept at creating ?more positive employee relationships.?

Broadie, who has worked in human resources for about 20 years with a focus on human resources development, holds a bachelor?s degree and several professional certificates.
