Janet Robinson Stepping Down As NYT CEO

Janet Robinson is stepping down from her role as CEO of The New York Times Company at the end of the month, the company announced after the market closed Thursday afternoon. Arthur Sulzberger Jr., NYTCo chairman and publisher of The New York Times, will serve as interim CEO until the company finds a replacement. Sulzberger announced the move in a staff memo accompanied by a message from Robinson; both are published in full below.
