Jesse Oxfeld to Become E&P Online Editor

By: E&P Staff Jesse Oxfeld, editor-in-chief of Mediabistro.com, has been named E&P Online Editor, effective Sept. 20.

Oxfeld has been at Mediabistro since February 2003. Previously, he was an editor at Book magazine, Brill's Content and Inside.com. He has also written for New York, Wired, Time Out New York, Newsweek and The New Republic Online.

He replaces Carl Sullivan, who is leaving E&P after six years, on Sept. 2 to take a position at Newsweek.com.
