Posted
By: E&P Staff The Journal News has partnered with Publishers Circulation Fulfillment (PCF) to distribute copies to home subscribers in Westchester, Rockland, and Putnam counties in New York.

The Gannett-owned Journal News will leverage PCF?s routing expertise thus reducing costs in the process.

?PCF has demonstrated superior operational prowess providing home delivery services for its newspaper clients,? Anthony Simmons, vice president of circulation at the Journal News, said in a statement. ?Their business model -- one car down the street delivering multiple products ? makes great economic sense for us, while still allowing us to ensure the superior delivery service our subscribers have come to expect.?

PCF is the largest independent distributor of home and office-delivered newspapers in the U.S. and counts The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the New York Post, The Boston Globe, and New York Daily News among it 50 newspaper clients.
