By: E&P Staff Journal Communications Inc., publisher of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, reported its October revenues fell 9.2% to $39.84 million compared to October 2004, chiefly on tough broadcast comparisons with last year's election campaigns and the loss of its Dixie Web Printing facility to Hurricane Katrina.
