Karen Kane Named Managing Editor of the Post-Gazette

Karen Kane, a veteran Pittsburgh journalist, has been named the new managing editor of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. She takes on a post that has been empty since Sally Stapleton left the newspaper in March.

Ms. Kane has been a reporter with the Post-Gazette and the Pittsburgh Press for three decades, with coverage spanning breaking news, courts, food and the Butler County region.
