Kip Cassino Receives NAA Award of Merit

By: E&P Staff The Newspaper Association of America awarded Kip Cassino, vice president of research for Borrell Associates, its 2008 Research Federation Award of Merit.

Each year the organization names a research professional who has made "significant and sustaining contributions to media research."

Cassino has worked as a professional research for more than 30 years. He is the past president of the NAA's Research Foundation, the American Marketing Association, and the World Future Society. He is a member of Mensa.

"I'm honored and humbled to receive this award and I thank everyone who helped me along the way to receive it," Cassino said in a statement.

The award is voted on by peers and will be presented to Cassino at the NAA's Marketing Conference next week in Orlando.
