Ray Kisonas has been a reporter with The Monroe News for 31 years; he fills in with the departure of editor Jill Nevels-Haun.

Monroe News Executive Editor Jill Nevels-Haun has departed the paper after accepting another position in Texas. Veteran reporter Ray Kisonas has been named as the interim editor, effective immediately.
