Knight Ridder, MSNBC Team Up on Prez Polls

By: E&P Staff Knight Ridder of San Jose, Calif., and MSNBC will partner with Mason-Dixon Polling & Research Inc. to conduct polls of likely voters in key swing states.

The polls will also explore key issues that may influence undecided voters in states such as Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Michigan and Missouri.

Poll results will be published in Knight Ridder newspapers and Web sites, on MSNBC and NBC news programs, and at MSNBC.com.

MSNBC President Richard Kaplan described Knight Ridder as a perfect partner since many of its newspapers are in key battleground states.
