The Los Angeles Times ended printing at its Orange County production plant in Costa Mesa June 12-13.
Times editorial and business offices, however, will continue functioning at the location.
A Times spokeswoman said production employees from Costa Mesa were transferred to the Olympic plant in downtown Los Angeles, a newer facility equipped with newer presses. According to blogger/pressman Ed Padgett, those transferred comprised the two press crews remaining in Costa Mesa.
