Lee Enterprises Promotes VP of Human Resources

Astrid J. Garcia, vice president of human resources, labor and operations at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, has been promoted to vice president of human resources for Lee Enterprises, Inc.

Mary Junck, Lee chairman and chief executive officer, said Garcia will be based at the corporate headquarters in Davenport, Iowa, beginning December 2.
