Lee's Mid-Valley Papers Get New Ad Director

By: E&P Staff Bob Carruth has been appointed advertising director for Lee Enterprises' Mid-Valley Newspapers in Oregon. In his new role, Carruth will oversee advertising sales for the Albany Democrat-Herald, the Corvallis Gazette-Times, and the Lebanon-Express.

He was most recently retail advertising manager with Mid-Valley.

Carruth succeeds Kathy Turgeon who was appointed general manager of Lee's Mini Nickel, Tributary & Explore magazine in Bozeman, Mont.

Carruth has been with Lee since 2002. He started his media career in Nampa, Idaho in the advertising in 1984.
