The
Long Island Press has ceased publication of its print newspaper and gone exclusively digital, its latest transition from a daily paper to a rebirth as a weekly and then a monthly publication before transforming into an entirely electronic edition.
The Garden City-based publication, the flagship of Morey Publishing, led by Publisher Jed Morey, made the announcement online through a YouTube video detailing the publication’s history and through posts by Morey on Facebook.

No big loss, the paper, or lack there of, was non existent for the last few months. this thing has been going down hill for a while. translation -they are out of business
