Loudoun Times-Mirror to Be Sold to Ogden Newspapers

An agreement has been reached for The Ogden Newspapers, Inc., a family‐ owned newspaper group with 46 daily and numerous weekly newspapers published in 16 states, to purchase certain publishing assets of The Virginia News Group, LLC, including the Loudoun Times-Mirror and Loudouner magazine, Regional Publisher and family owner Cameron Williams announced Monday.
