McGraw Wolfman joins NYT Cooking

We are happy to announce that McGraw Wolfman will join The Times as a supervising producer for NYT Cooking video. McGraw will lead our documentary and field video operation, stepping into the role that was previously held by CC Allen. McGraw will build on our existing series and formats, bringing us more On the Job, Secret’s Out and Sandwich City, while also helping launch series and projects designed to reach new audiences for NYT Cooking.

McGraw, who previously worked as a development producer at Eater, is responsible for launching several series, like “Vendors” and “Smoke Point,” a show about craft BBQ. He’s a five-time Emmy award winner who has spent his career developing series and formats, and uncovering food stories all over the world.
