Media General Inc. listed in a regulatory filing Monday its revenue projection for fiscal 2012 as a post-newspaper company, assuming it can sell its newspaper division.
The company, which owns the
Winston-Salem Journal, also offered financial guidance for the first quarter of 2012.
It's the latest update by Media General since it announced Feb. 22 that it was interested in selling some or all of its newspapers. The company has received inquiries from "several" outside parties regarding the purchase of "certain print assets," the company said then.
