By: E&P Staff Media Marketing Inc. in Boulder, Colo., developers of Immediate, announced a solution for newspapers that have gone without market research or that are delaying research due to the tough economy.
Market Data Sales Library offers a new sales library with a "deep, current picture" of a newspaper's local market to sell cross-media products, CEO James Theall said in a statement. The new product, he adds, offers current market data "for every demographic important to advertisers, for dozens of consumer product and service categories, and for dozens of retail categories."
Staffers can generate custom Immediate Online presentations using Market Data Libraries, which also has tools to generate ad schedules and budgets. The Market Data Library is offered to existing Immediate clients as an addition to their current sales libraries. New clients get the Market Data Library as part of a turnkey selling system that includes Immediate Online sales presentation and proposal software, local market data slides, and sales materials to sell the value of newspaper, online, inserts, and niche print products. Reps can generate presentations and proposals anywhere in minutes from any Internet Explorer browser.
"We've learned how to deliver these libraries fast, with almost no time investment from clients," Solutions Vice President Charles Mauldin said. Market data slides are easy to present and understand.
The new package also includes sales and software training, including live webinars.
