MediaSpan Circ System Now Eases Multi-title Delivery

By: E&P Staff MediaSpan Group Inc. in Ann Arbor, Mich., is now shipping version 3.7 of its CirculationPro software. Its carrier route list tool simplifies delivery by the ame carrier force of other, often national publications, such as USA Today and The Wall Street Journal, alongside local papers.

Bill Herbert, Circulation Director, raves about the new Carrier Route List. "The carrier route list saves the managers countless hours when they audit routes," Rockdale (Ga.) Citizen Circulation Director Bill Herbert said in a statement. "Before, they had to run two different route lists and then merge the lists."

CirculationPro 3.7 allows sites with multiple publications across various locations to stay logged in during publishing. Sites can make starts, stops and changes to any publication not currently being published and can view information and run reports for the publication currently being published.

CirculationPro enhancements also include centralized databases, improved ASP solutions, additional standard reports, and stronger backup and recovery tools.
