Metro Shuffles U.S. Executives

By: E&P Staff Metro International announced several executive changes last week.

Robert Powers will run Metro U.S. as managing director. He replaces Johan Hansson, who continues to serve as publisher of Metro Philadelphia. The publishers of Metro New York, Metro Boston, and Metro Philadelphia will report to Powers. Previously, Powers was CFO of Metro U.S. and human resource director of Metro International.

Henry E. Scott will supervise the editorial, marketing, public relations, community relations, strategic planning, and business development operations for Metro U.S. He was the managing director for Metro New York.

Phillipe Bloch has been named CFO for Metro U.S. He was the finance director for Metro France.

Peggy Onstad has taken on the additional role of acting national sales director for Metro U.S. She is the publisher of Metro Boston.
