Mexican, Argentine Dailies Install WoodWing Software

By: E&P Staff WoodWing has added two newspaper sites in Latin America for a total of 46 titles in the region, from the U.S.-Mexico border to Chile's El Ping?ino, the world's most southerly commercial newspaper.

The new customers are Diario de Chiapas, Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, Mexico, and La Ma?ana in Neuquen, the largest city in the Argentine Patagonia.

Diario de Chiapas is a customer of Sergio Nev?rez, one of WoodWing's first partners in Latin America. Implementation began in July, and it took just over a month for users to adapt to the parallel workflow, according to WoodWing.

A customer of Dot Zero, one of WoodWing's newest partners in Latin America, La Ma?ana is about to begin installing Enterprise Smart Connection. Dot Zero provides training courses for more than 200 students per night in its Buenos Aires facilities. "We will be installing additional components from Tell in Italy and Epyx in Mexico," Dot Zero CEO Marcelo Cutini said.
