A newspaper executive with three decades of experience has been hired to lead Times Leader Media Group’s circulation department.

Michael J. Barnum will direct all aspects of home delivery, single copy sales and customer service for the Times Leader Media Group, which includes the Times Leader, Abington Journal, Sunday Dispatch, Dallas Post, Weekender, NEPA Energy Journal and other products.
