Minneapolis 'Star Tribune' Appoints Two to Key New Posts

By: E&P Staff The Star Tribune in Minneapolis has named Ben Taylor senior vice president for marketing and communications, and Karen Larson has been appointed vice president for classified advertising.

Taylor most recently was senior vice president for communications, community affairs and the Star Tribune Foundation. He has been with the company since 1995, working in product development, marketing, and communication and community affairs roles.

Larson, who most recently was vice president for marketing, has been with the company since 1988 and has worked in sales, marketing, and finance roles. She replaces Colleen Eddy.
