By: E&P Staff Virtual AdTaker, Englewood, Colo., announced agreements for use of two of its products by three newspaper groups.
Realty Ad Express will launch at The Daily Sentinel, Grand Junction, Colo., allowing the Cox newspaper to offer real estate brokers and agents the ability to create and proof display ads online, as well as create, proof and enter payment for individual photo ads. The Sentinel can manage the applications through Virtual AdTaker's administration and reporting tools.
Data and photos can either be loaded manually or accessed from a third-party data feed. Data can then be easily utilized to produce broker-branded ads, real estate books, group pages or Web feeds. Realty Ad Express also accepts credit cards for individual transactions based on newspaper pricing packages.
Last month, Virtual AdTaker's Important Occasions went into use at McClatchy Newspapers' Lexington (Ky.) Herald-Leader and ASP Westward LP, publisher of the Houston Community Newspapers' two dailies and 32 weeklies and Colorado Community Newspapers' 13 weeklies from south Denver to Colorado Springs.
Important Occasions enables online creation of social announcements for print and Web publication. A customer creating an announcement also can add a photo gallery and view and print a guestbook.
A suite of advertising products for newspapers, Virtual AdTaker is one of several product lines created and hosted by Dynaxys, which designs, builds, operates and supports tools that solve complex problems in data management, data transmission and business processes.
