Movie Critics May Be On Endangered Species List

By: E&P Staff First it was the book reviewers, and now it seems that more and more movie critics are being cut from newspapers.

The New York Times has a piece today about the assorted newspaper movie critics who are being laid off or taking buyouts as the industry hits hard times.

The piece also raises the point the movie critics may not be disappearing, but rather showing up in different forms on blogs and other new media.
