MSNBC.com has launched a NewsStand section where other sites can sign up for
free delivery of MSNBC.com headlines to their homepages.

Web sites can select headlines from MSNBC.com sections such as news, business,
technology, sports, living, and travel. The headlines are updated throughout the
day. Users that click on the headlines will be taken to the corresponding
section front at MSNBC.com.

To receive the headlines, Web sites must agree to run an MSNBC graphic (150x231
pixels) at the top of their homepages. MSNBC.com has created a page,
newsstand.msnbc.com, where sites can register and download the new feature
quickly, the company said. The contract stipulates that the MSNBC.com logo will
be run "above the fold" so the user will see the graphic before scrolling down
the page.
