NAA to Launch $50 Million Ad Campaign

Posted
By: E&P Staff The Newspaper Association of America is kicking off a $50 million advertising campaign on Monday designed to show advertisers the value of newspapers. The campaign addresses how readers are engaged with not just the core product but with Web sites, niche publications, and even podcasts.

Ads will be placed in print and online in newspapers and in trade magazines beginning in March. NAA developed the campaign with The Martin Agency.

?Newspapers are aggressively communicating their true strengths by better defining the quality and size of their audiences, proving consumer engagement with newspaper advertising, highlighting the expanded footprint today?s newspapers deliver through their core products along with Internet sites, ethnic and youth publications,? said John Sturm, president and CEO of the NAA, in a statement.

Newspaper ad reps can download sales presentations, industry research, and customized ads at www.naa.org/advertiser.
