Nela Acquires Agfa Punch-Bender Assets

By: E&P Staff Agfa-Gevaert, of Mortsel, Belgium, announced it has sold the punch and bender assets of its Lastra America subsidiary to Nela Ternes Register Group, in Oakdale, Minn.

Including equipment sales, spare parts, and
service income, this year's revenue for Lastra's punch and bender business was estimated to come to $1.6 million.

The agreement calls for Nela to assume worldwide warranty and service responsibility for the installed base of Lastra punch and bender equipment.
