Nela USA Establishes Regional Field-Service Offices

By: E&P Staff Nela USA has established several U.S. field-service offices. Besides the field-service headquarters, the company now has offices in Salt Lake City, Atlanta, Madison, Wis., and Springfield, Mo.

Seven service technicians are stationed at the company's Oakdale, Minn., headquarters (in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area). Nela provides faster service by regionally locating other personnel with shorter travel distances to customers. The service department now employs 13 technicians in the United States and 18 in Germany.

For emergencies, Nela maintains a seven-day, 24-hour service hotline and next-day delivery on most parts orders.
