(Adweek IQ) Financial news site Forbes.com has unveiled a site
redesign that now offers advertisers more flexible -- and visible
-- advertising and sponsorship options. The redesign includes the
creation of seven new editorial channels, which consolidate
similarly themed areas and topics.

According to Rick Song, director of advertising, eastern region,
at Forbes.com, advertisers are able to target messages against
content within channels or sponsor channels outright. Current
channel sponsors include Oracle and Washington Mutual.

In addition to offering all configurations of banner ad units,
Forbes.com also offers advertisers homepage billboards,
Superstitial ads, the Zebus Interactive Ad Platform, as well as
the new larger 360-by-300 pixel "window" ad units.
