By: E&P Staff Even as it concluded marking the third anniversary of Katrina, New Orleans' Times-Picayune got ready for a storm that could be even worse -- with hopes that, even if true, the flood gates will hold this time.
The headline at the top of the paper's Web site, in fact, now reads: "NAGIN: Flee 'Mother of All Storms.' A mandatory evacuation order has now been issued.
The site offers a "survival guide" and an "evacation" section.
