New Publisher Named at 'The Oakland Press' in Pontiac, Mich.

By: E&P Staff Kevin Haezebroeck has been named publisher of The Oakland Press in Pontiac, Mich.

Haezebroeck, 47, has served as publisher of The Macomb Daily in Mount Clemens, Mich., since August. Before that, he was publisher of The Morning Journal in Lorain, Ohio, for three years.

He previously served as publisher of The Saratogian of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and worked in advertising for newspapers in Massachusetts, Iowa, South Dakota, Illinois, Indiana, and Oregon.

Haezebroeck replaces Ed Moss, who is leaving the company for a corporate position with Media General in Virginia.
