New Version of Falcon Online Classifieds from APT

By: E&P Staff The online division of Advanced Publishing Technology, Burbank, Calif., has released a new version of Falcon Online Classifieds. The latest version has more flexibility, with step-by-step ad creation that provides end users all the tools and information needed for customized ad composition. It also includes fully customizable ad layouts and ROI-boosting ad builders.

Already live at several sites, Version 3.1 consists of two products that work in concert to provide a real-time classified ad placement interface that integrates with the Falcon Advertising Order Entry application. Falcon Online Classifieds and the Falcon RCA (Remote Client Access) Server were recently re-engineered to improve security, stability, performance and usability.

Rewritten for ease of use, the user interface's redesigned screen flow improves the experience for both private-party and commercial customers.

Falcon Online Classifieds is hosted at the APT data center, eliminating additional hardware, bandwidth, or third-party hosting expenses. Residing behind a paper's firewall, Falcon RCA Server securely handles communication between the Falcon Online Classifieds application and the Falcon Advertising production environment.
