By: E&P Staff US Presswire has been launched to supply sports images to newspapers, magazines, and Web sites.

Newspaper clients include USA Today, The Miami Herald, and The Orlando Sentinel, according to a spokersperson for the service (http://www.uspresswire.com). Clients can sign up as subscribers or use US Presswire on an a-la-carte basis.

US Presswire -- whose photographers can be commissioned for specific assignments -- will also distribute sports content through Zuma Press.

In addition to daily sports coverage, US Presswire maintains an archive of material dating back to the 1960s.
