By: Joe Strupp Although the Freedom Forum's Newseum will be closed for the next four years while it relocates to a new, larger home in Washington from Arlington, Va., fans of its popular Page One newspaper displays will still be able to enjoy the daily exhibit of more than 70 front pages every morning.
The exhibit has displayed the front pages of at least one newspaper from each of the 50 states daily since the Newseum opened in 1997, said spokesman Mike Fetters. The Page One images are sent electronically from 72 newspapers daily.
The display will reopen this month on the sidewalk outside the Newseum's new location at the corner of 6th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, where a building is being constructed for a 2006 reopening.
