Newspapers Name Clutter as Operations Director

Perry Nardo, general manager of the Intelligencer and Wheeling News-Register, has named newspaper industry veteran Brian Clutter as the company’s new operations director.

In his new role, Clutter will oversee all aspects of the newspapers’ advertising and production departments.
