North Star Launches Small-Business Column

By: E&P Staff A business advice column titled "SmallBiz Buzz" is being launched today by North Star Writers Group.

It's by Karen E. Klein, a journalist with 25 years' experiences in the field. She does the "Smart Answers" column for Business Week, the "In Box" column for the Los Angeles Times, and the "Ask the Expert" column for Newsday of Melville, N.Y.

The 2005-launched North Star now syndicates 19 columnists, according to Editor in Chief Dan Calabrese.
