By: Staff Reports Clickability Functions Let You Save, Print, E-mail Articles
E&P Online is pleased to offer a new service to readers from our partner
Clickability Inc. of San Francisco. We have integrated the company's "Save
This," "E-mail This," and "Print This" tools on each of our news stories and
columns.
The "Save This" function lets users save and organize article links in
personalized Web-based folders. The tool allows you to access your saved
articles for reference from any computer with Web access and from wireless
devices using Clickability's wireless feature.
E&P Online previously offered our own print and e-mail tools for news stories,
but Clickability's products will provide in-depth tracking reports to identify
which content is being saved, shared, and printed. Clickability's "Most Popular"
feature also allows readers to view which articles have been saved, e-mailed,
and printed by other readers.
Editor & Publisher's Web site is the first to incorporate the new
functions under a partnership between Clickability and VNU eMedia, which manages
the new-media assets of E&P's owner, VNU Business Media. VNU eMedia will
eventually roll out Clickability to its 90-plus Web sites, including those for
Adweek, Mediaweek, Billboard, and The Hollywood
Reporter.
Clickability's content partners include Time.com, People.com, Business2.com, and
fastcompany.com.
