N.Y. Adds Media Jobs in October

By: E&P Staff More good news on the media job front. New York City reported that the publishing, newspaper, film, and sound recording industries added 3,700 jobs in October, according to Friday's New York Daily News.

Overall, the city's unemployment rate fell to 8.2% from 8.8% the previous month. The national unemployment rate is 6%.
