The New York Times reports a draft from the Iraq Study Group doesn't specify any timetables for withdrawing U-S troops, although the commissioners are expected to debate whether such timetables are feasible. Democrats on the committee are said to be pushing for this.

The Iraq Study Group is a ten-member panel led by former Secretary of State James Baker and former Congressman Lee Hamilton of Indiana.
Some congressional leaders said on the Sunday talk shows that they're growing impatient with the Iraqi government. That adds pressure to this week's meeting in Jordan between President Bush and Iraq's prime minister.
