NYT Co. Names Terrance Williams VP of Human Resources at Regional Group

By: E&P Staff The New York Times Co. appointed Terrance Williams vice president, human resources, and organizational development for the Regional Media Group, effective Jan.1. Previously, he served at the company?s flagship paper as direct, talent acquisition.

He will report to Mary Jacobus, president and COO at the Regional Media Group.

In his new role, Williams, 39, will be responsible for human resource initiatives, including selection, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design and development.

Williams joined the company in 1998.
