By: E&P Staff The Web site of the New York Times has started a chess blog,
Gambit, to coincide with the United States Chess Championship.
The blog launched on Sunday, May 13, and is edited by the paper's chess columnist Dylan McClain, who will post blog items throughout the tournament, which ends on May 23. The blog will continue afterwards with coverage of tournaments, events, and trends in the chess world.
