The paper recently published a Q&A online with Fiona Spruill, Editor of the Web Newsroom, as part of their Ask The Editors series.

Spruill, who has been with the company since she was an intern in 1999, answered questions about topics such as timestamping stories, printing blog entries and what a student can do to prepare themselves for a job in a digital newsroom.
