Oliphant and Wilkinson in UNICEF Anniversary Book

By: E&P Staff Two American editorial cartoonists are among the 33 artists with drawings in the "Look at the World!" picture book marking the 60th anniversary of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).

They are Pat Oliphant of Universal Press Syndicate and Signe Wilkinson of The Philadelphia Daily News and the Washington Post Writers Group.

The book, published by German company Carlsen-Verlag, includes cartoons and caricatures from 23 countries and five continents. The images include those focusing on violations of children's rights across the globe.
