Online Journalism Finalists Announced

By: E&P Staff A number of newspapers are among the finalists for the fourth annual Online Journalism Awards: USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, The Dallas Morning News, The Boston Globe, the Rochester (N.Y.) Democrat and Chronicle, the Milwaukee (Wis.) Journal Sentinel, The Providence (R.I.) Journal, the Winston (N.C.) Salem-Journal, and the Times Union of Albany, N.Y.

The winners will be announced at the Online News Association's national conference in Evanston, Ill., Nov. 14-15. The conference will include speeches by Tribune Publishing Co. President Jack Fuller and political commentator Andrew Sullivan.
