By: E&P Staff French media group Ouest France is buying a Wifag OF 375 S press for its SIGL printing plant in La Ceveroli?re, near Nantes.
By the end of next year, the 4x1 Wifag press will begin printing at a maximum production speed of 92,000 copies per hour. To be installed in a new building, the 48-page press, offering 32 pages in fulll color, will be equipped with automated cutoff-register and color-register controls, six automatic A50 autopasters, a KF 140 2:5:5 jaw folder, ABB control system and CGI ink-metering system.
Ouest France's experience with Wifag includes the installation of its evolution 371 press at Le Courrier de l'Ouest, in Angers.
