By: E&P Staff Fantagraphics Books is publishing "Our Gang Vol. 2," which contains reprints of Walt Kelly's 1940s comic book stories based on "The Little Rascals" short-film series.
Kelly (1913-1973) is best known for his "Pogo" comic strip -- doing that classic syndicated feature from 1949 to 1973.
The first "Our Gang" collection was released last year by Fantagraphics.
