By: E&P Staff Outsell Research has launched a new service to help content providers generate 10% to 15% of incremental revenue from existing subscribers.
The 120-day service under the Customer and Revenue Opportunity Analysis will help publishers determine which products are in highest demand, the potential for cross-sells and up-sells, and where demand can be likely created.
"As subscribers' paid content options multiply, their content providers are under increased pressure to deliver value," Louise Garnett, vice president of Outsell Scout Analytics, said in a statement. "Those companies that can better understand their clients' needs and usage patterns are well-positioned to strengthen and expand their subscriber relationships."
The first part of the service provides data and analysis. Outsell analysts then review the information and make recommendations.
Customer and Revenue Opportunity Analysis is an "overview module" of Outsell Scout Analytics, a subscription service that provides in-depth monetization details to help content providers realize more recurring subscription revenues.
