PARIS Automates Recruitment-Ad Responses

By: E&P staff AppVault Inc. of Roswell, Ga., offers PARIS, the Print Applicant Response Integration Solutions for recruitment classified advertising. PARIS automates handling of faxed and e-mailed resumes and offers an Instant Interviewer questionnaire and scoring.

Applicants fax or e-mail their resumes to dedicated customer fax and e-mail numbers. Faxes are scanned and and sent through optical character recognition in minutes. Those responses are then delivered to a customer's online "inbox." Online management eliminates newspaper administrative functions and mailing costs.

For advertisers that chose the Instant Interviewer upsell, an Appvault-provided e-mail address is entered. Each e-mailed response receives a "thank-you" acknowledgement and a link to a "First Interview" questionnaire. Completed questionnaires are automatically scored 0 to 100.

Customers may quickly view the responses from anywhere. The keyword search agent automatically identifies quality applicants from the faxes and e-mails.

A newspaper assigns AppVault-provided dedicated fax and e-mail numbers to its customers and provides the files, including customer names, IDs, e-mails, assigned fax numbers and e-mail addresses.

Full implementation takes less than a week. Response tracking is available for all blind box ads. Aggregated data is provided by total responses and by ad.
