By: Pauline Millard Everyone moans about there not being enough hours in a day. This year, though, we not only get more hours, we get an entire extra day because of leap year.
Boston Globe photographer Bill Greene took the concept of time -- and extra time -- and made a little video about
how different people interpret time. One woman wanted to be left alone on February 29th, just to relish in the extra day. An older, retired couple doesn't think five years down the road, they just plan for the next day.
It's short, but it's also a great way for newspapers to approach video in a slightly more arty way. Video doesn't have to be used to tell just the facts, ma'am. It can also explore a concept as well.
