PCF Expands Delivery of 'WSJ'

By: E&P Staff Publishers Circulation Fulfillment (PCF) is distributing an additional 75,000 copies of The Wall Street Journal to subscribers in Boston, Washington, D.C., Hartford, Conn., and select counties in New Jersey.

The additional delivers will increase PCF's subscriber responsibility to more than 300,000 copies of the Journal.

"PCF has proven itself as a good business partner by rationalizing our distribution costs in major markets," Dan Crisp, executive director, delivery operations for the Journal, said in a statement. "We opened bidding in several carrier delivery markets this year, and PCF presented a solid business plan to leverage its reach in the northeast to expand our relationship."
